The place is beautiful and very clean however;
Very busy it would get a five if I got the right order but...... When I was there I asked for ONE hot cocoa but the gave me FOUR . Don't let them give you the right order
So today 2.22.17 i get to this dunkin donuts and always order the same thing at various dunkins' med. Coffee and brwn sugar oatmeal, and they freaking gave me the oatmeal without filling it. So i called the manager and stated what happend and he gave me some lame excusse saying all dunkim chains do this.... yeah.. okay sure great job guys!!.... not make zure if you guys get oatmeal you remember to ask thrm to fill it.

the hiring criteria should be more stringent. Multiple times I've had employees suck their teeth or sigh at me and give me dirty looks when they make my coffee wrong and I ask them to fix it. Employees who don't want to listen or be bothered aren't the kind who make customers feel valued and appreciated. I'll stick to the Palmer Dunks from now on.
