I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I have no choice but to give this 1 star, but I would prefer to give it no stars at all. I was in the process of purchasing a car from this dealership. I drove all the way from CT to MA to view the car. The car was beautiful and me and my husband loved it. We put $500 down as a deposit. We talked to the owner, and he was very nice at the time. It was a Friday. The bank was closed on Saturday, so i let him know i would return the following week to purchase the car. On Monday, I spoke to him and told him I would be coming on Thursday. On Tuesday I told him I didn't have time to test drive the car, so he should have the car out for me to test drive. I also let him know I would be coming on Thursday. On Thursday morning, I called him to ask him what I should bring, and he told me that the car was SOLD. I tried to talk to him about how upset my husband was about not being able to buy the car. He was very rude and said I could say what I wanted to say, but the car was sold. He was also extremely rude and told me that if I wanted my deposit back I should give him my info "right now". I had no choice but to give him my info again. It was a very bad experience and I wouldn't recommend the dealership to anyone, because even if you have a deposit they will disappoint you and sell the car.
