Awesome dentists who are very intelligent and friendly
Dr. Root and staff are great at what they do. I have had some very good dentists. I really shop around. Still, Wilbraham Family Dentistry beats them all. The receptionists, hygienists, and doctors are all very friendly, dedicated, and professional. In particular, Dr. Root and the hygienists are artists with a focus on quality, fine details, ongoing training, and staying on the cutting edge. They do that in a compassionate, caring, and humanistic way that I'm sure would surprise most people out there. Every aspect of the office - the equipment, furnishings, lighting, and layout - reflect the care they take to providing the highest quality service. The goals listed on their homepage include working to provide superior quality, comprehensive care, use of the latest technology, and emphasize customer service. They really do stand by the high standards they've set to provide the best dental experience I've had. My entire family loves this place! I read another review where the writer said he loved going to the dentist. That probably sounds strange, but I feel the same way. I always leave there feeling good...

I'm with you. For years I was looking for a dentist that would listen and look for reason of pain in my jaw. Most dentists did not pay attention to what i said. One of my friends recomended Dr. Christopher Root.So I went there. He was so compassionate, kind and patient. I love to go there. All people in that office are kind, helpfull and have a great sense of humor. We laugh ,talk and have job done without stress. I was never big fan of dentist ,now I'm looking forward to see them. By the way he's way of making you numb is PAINLESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He is good looking to ! Yes Dr.Root you are!!!!!!!!!
Everyone from the receptionist to the hygenist to the dentists themselves are very nice and curtiouss. They know what they are talking about. I personally have a very small jaw so when they take x-rays its very painful for me, well these people know excatly what they are doing and I got a full mouth of x-rays with no pain at all
