The biggest thing that sucks about this place is Mr idiot Dr banker talking to him is like going before a king in a high castle his pride is thru the roof , he is extremely rude and he talks down to you as if you mean nothing. I go in there for a cold and I get the third degree about all past tests that don't matter. His people skills are a joke I'd rather get my teeth pulled than to hear the words "uh-huh or umm" one more time. He is Very conceded and ignorant, go too Chicopee or Springfield avoid this place if possible it's not worth the hassle.
Dr banker is a joke. Brought my 24 year old son there with severe agonizing neck pain, and they gave him Aleve and mussle relaxers, neither had any effect. Tried to call back, says they are there till five o'clock but no answer after four o'clock. Phone prompts do not give you the option to talk to human beings and leave you hanging. Brought him to the emergency room at wing and they prescribed codeine and valium. ( enough for one day) and that helped. I would suggest a real doctor, but I cant find one without a referal from some joker like this guy. It is easier to obtain real medicine on the streets than deal with these people.
