One employee that I stopped to ask where an item was could not even understand me, he didn't speak a word of English. I have no problem with people speaking other languages, but don't have them on the floor to assist customers if they cannot do it.

Very helpful people in electrical both John and Mike have been amazing! I do wish Home Depot carried more of the 1 1/4" fittings I needed for my plumbing job though. I finally found them at a local distributor that caters to contractors. So other than a bunch of time lost it worked out ok. If I could match up the customer service and amazing know-how of Mike and John in the plumbing department with the parts availability of the local distributor... ...all would be perfect!
An employee was available to help put sheetrock on cart, but no one was to be found when it came time to load it in truck...it was only 11° outside....
Unbelievable customer service, the worst I'd ever seen. One employee made me, a handicapped woman on a cane with limited mobility, walk all the way around to the other side of a counter, when all he needed to do was talk to me from where he was standing.
All in all this is the worst "Home Improvement" store I've ever been to, you're more likely to get help from other customers in the store than an employee.
It's a basic home Depot. Friendly associates tho... Clean store.
