Found exactly what we were looking for. Great sales person, Austin, didn't hover over us while we were looking at appliances. Will be back for other appliances when needed.

My refrigerator died last week and I had to replace it quickly. One of my coworkers bought from Manny's and was very happy, so I called and spoke with Bill. I had no idea what I wanted. Just a budget. I told Bill and he walked me through the website pointing out what was in stock for quick delivery. I picked a Fridge at his suggestion and it was delivered today. The Fridge is perfect for what I need and I couldn't be happier. They delivered and installed the new fridge and took the old fridge away. The two men who delivered it were very professional, polite and thorough. Outstanding experience. Now I have to buy a stove that matches my refrigerator and I will be calling Bill again. Thank you.

If I could give No Stars, I would. Purchased new stove, dishwasher and refridgerator and took deliver of the appliances in July. Spent approx. $4000. Stove has a small dent in the front panel, near the glass. Called the service dept. and was told that they could replace just the panel -- that it would be quicker than ordering a new stove, so I said OK. Four weeks went by and finally a service person was scheduled to replace the panel, only the panel that came in was for a black stove and mine is stainless steel. Was told they would re-order the panel. Another 4 weeks goes by (and several calls to the service dept. asking for the status of the order -- they never seem to know) and the new panel shows up at MY house -- it was delivered to me directly from the manufacturer. So I call Manny's service and tell them, and wait another 2 weeks to have a service person come out to install it. This time it is the right panel but when the guy installs the panel he BREAKS THE GLASS! It shatters all over my kitchen floor. He is very apologetic and helps me clean up the glass, and by this time he had taken the whole stove door off and put it in his truck. Tells me he is going outside to call the service dept and order yet another door -- and then he drives off, with my original door in his truck. So now I have a stove with no door and an internal stove light that can't be shut off because the door is missing. More calls to the service dept. and someone finally comes back and re-installs my old door -- only now it has scratches on the stainless steel because it was "rolling around" in the back of the service truck! I have called the service dept. so many times it is not funny -- have asked for a replacement stove (brand new, since that is what I purchased) but was told that they can't "authorize that" and even if management did send me a new stove I would have to pay for the installation. It is late December -- I am still waiting for a replacement panel and have been told that they are waiting for the door handle and some washers...really? You are a service dept and you don't have basic parts for the appliance you carry? I will NEVER purchase anything from Manny's again.

One of the burners would not work. I called and asked for a replacement. They insisted they send out a repairman. I had no choice. They order a part for it. I waited three weeks for the part and a few rescheduled appointments, I had taken time off from work for. The serviceman came and it said they ordered the wrong part. I asked again for a replacement stove. Thanksgiving was around the corner. I waited for four weeks and called again. The part was never ordered. Again asked for a replacement, was told they didn't have the authority to do that. Thanksgiving came and went. Now two weeks later I called again and said I didn't want to deal with a defective stove I paid for a new functioning stove. Again I was told from the manager and the the repair department no one had the authority to do that. Apparently the part came in Friday and no one called me on that either. I refused and told them once again to send me a new replacement. I am waiting for the manager to call me back with a solution. I'm not waiting. The office of Consumer Affairs has been notified and they indeed told me I was entitled to a brand new replacement. I got a lemon and Manny's only solution is to fix the broken brand new stove. Terrible customer service!

If you are looking for a quality Appliance and good service this is the place you need to go. Manny's sells quality top name appliances . Happy with everything I've purchased from them and the quality of service everytime I've gone in.

    If you are looking for a quality Appliance and good service this is the place you need to go. Manny's sells quality top name appliances . Happy with everything I've purchased from them and the quality of service everytime I've gone in.
