Love the burgers here and they have quite a selection to choose from. Good service with a rewards program to.
We had the best experience we've ever had. Colleen was our waitress, she was so pleasant. We didn't want 4 anything. Food was good, everyone was nice.
Food is always good, although our soup and mac and cheese came out cold last time, but it's not going to stop me from going back. It's a family favorite. Good drinks too.
I end up came to the Wilbraham Boston Road Red Robin from Holyoke Red Robin because Holyoke had number of missing staff while there was a lot of customers waiting for their table to be serve. There was plenty of tables available? My friend and I decided to leave to the Wilbraham location for the first time. We were surprised that the staff were pretty excellent Red Robin service. Especially for the waitress named Jennifer who serve our table #82/1 that day (12/19/2017). Most of my review here is based on the customer service. The food is still good here as other Red Robin location.
